Do I need a card machine?

No. ChargeIt's pay-at-table feature sends a Stripe payment link directly to your customer's phone — they pay before they leave, and the money lands straight in your bank account. No hardware, no rental fees, no paper receipts.

Can I use just one part of the platform?

Absolutely. Most studios start with CollectIt to sort out their collection workflow, then switch on BookIt and ChargeIt when they're ready. Each module is independent — use what you need, add the rest when it makes sense.

How does BookIt reduce no-shows?

By taking a deposit at the time of booking. Customers who've paid something upfront are far more likely to turn up — or to cancel in advance if they can't, giving you time to rebook the slot. You set the deposit amount per experience.

How does a customer know when their items are ready?
