A submission is one completed customer form — one visit counts as one submission regardless of how many pieces they paint. Need more? Top up with 100 extra submissions for $10 — unused top-ups roll over.
Campaign emails are marketing emails sent to your customers through the CRM & Loyalty system — loyalty reward notifications and stamp emails don't count toward this limit.
Online payments through Stripe carry a 1% CollectIt service fee in addition to Stripe's own standard processing fees, both deducted automatically. Payments taken in cash or on your own card machine carry no fees from us at all.
